​We are offering a limited number of 1 hour joint sessions on Saturday, October 17, 2026 in Downtown Long Beach. Details on location will be shared after you have signed up. If you can't make it on October 17th, contact us so we can schedule you another day or notify you the next time we offer Makeup & Headshot Mini Sessions!

What is included in the 1 hour session for $275?

​The 1 hour session includes a professional 30-minute photo-ready makeup session* as well as a 20-30 minute photo headshot session. All images will be meticulously reviewed from your session, and Michelle will lightly touch up/edit the best ones and share them all with you via digital album so you can download or print at the highest quality possible within 6 weeks. There is no maximum number of photos that will be delivered but it is hard to guarantee an exact minimum. Tips on what to wear will be shared before the session and I am happy to provide personal guidance on a few outfit options. Makeup session will be indoors with AC and private bathroom access with nearby garage parking. Photo session will be with a variety of outdoor backgrounds to your choosing depending on the lighting at that time of day. This offer is typically a $400-500 value.

 

*Please come with a clean face + your skin prepped with skincare. If you need to use your own products due to allergies or sensitivities, you are responsible for bringing your own products.​

What should I expect from the makeup session?

This is up to you (the client)! Pauline can do grooming only or a lightweight makeup application. Makeup can include: 

• Light foundation base (cream and liquid foundations only, no airbrush) 

• Concealer 

• Blush + bronzer

• Natural eye makeup (simple liner, shadow, mascara). Note, this session will not include false lashes, heavy glam or bright colors due to the short timeframe 

• Brow grooming and fill-ins

• Lip color/liner

• Powder finish and/or setting spray 

Makeup session will be hosted at a private studio in Downtown Long Beach with AC, a private bathroom, and public garage parking nearby. Details will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

What should I expect from the photo session?

We will spend 20-30 minutes walking around and taking headshot photos outside near the makeup location with variety of backgrounds in the Downtown Long Beach area. Michelle will suggest various poses, and a variety of backgrounds depending on what you are most interested in and the best lighting at that time of day. Optional: Bring 1–2 top layers/jackets to switch up your look during the photoshoot if you would like and if time allows! Michelle will select the highest quality images after, touch them up with light natural editing, and then you will receive all finalized images via a digital album at the highest resolution within 6 weeks. Rush option is available for an additional fee if you need your final headshots delivered sooner!

I am only interested in makeup and/or headshots. Should I still book?

What happens if I am late to my session?

​We can work with you based on how much time of your 1 hour slot is left, but we cannot extend your reservation, unfortunately. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your designated start time to ensure you have time to park and make your way to the location.

What is the booking deposit for, and what is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we will refund your $40 deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, we will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you attend your full appointment, your $40 deposit will be applied towards the final cost due via Venmo/Zelle at the end of your session.

Can anyone else join me in the session?

This promo is for individuals only given the short time frame available and limited spots. Sorry, no family/pets. If you would like to have a similar service offered on another day where you can include your family/pets, please reach out to us!
